For the week of April 14th, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Ella Ruppel. Ella’s favorite teachers are Mrs. Holt and Mr. Burns and her favorite class is English IV. While in school, Ella has participated on the Trap Team, Poms Squad, FFA, and Yearbook. Outside of school, she enjoys teaching swim lessons, being a lifeguard, and hanging out with her friends and family. After high school, Ella plans to attend LLCC to study Pediatric Cardiovascular Sonography. When asked to tell us something else, Ella says that her favorite color is blue. We are proud to have Ella represent our school and community! #triopia

For the week of April 14th, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Addison Rohn. When asked about her favorite teachers, Addison says she loves all of her teachers this year. Her favorite classes are Statistics, Modern U.S. History, and Nutrition. While at school, she has participated in volleyball, basketball, softball, NHS, Student Council, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Yearbook, Key Club, and Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica. Outside of school, she plays travel softball and enjoys hanging out with friends. After high school, Addison plans to attend LLCC and will also play softball. When asked to tell us something else, Addison says that she has a grandpa that made a house for a goat and that Olivia Curry wrote a story about it! We are proud to have Addison represent our school and community! #triopia

For the week of April 7th, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Joseph Lacy. Joseph’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Smith and his favorite class is Business. While at Triopia, Joseph has participated in Ag Business Designs. Outside of school, Joseph likes to work and weightlift. After high school, Joseph plans to become a firefighter. When asked to tell us something else, Joseph says that his middle name is “Dean”. We are proud to have Joseph represent our school and community! #triopia

Sub Drivers Wanted!


For the week of April 7th, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Lily McEvers. Lily’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Wardell and her favorite class is Art. While at school, she has participated in NHS, Student Council, the School Musical, Scholastic Bowl, and Band. Outside of school, she enjoys crafting, drawing, watching new shows and listening to music. After high school, Lily plans to attend SIUE to study Graphic Design and Business. She will be going into the CODES Program where she will work with a team doing community engagement in St. Louis. When asked to tell us something else, Lily says she has read all of the Twilight books and has seen all of the movies! We are proud to have Lily represent our school and community! #triopia

Today our 8th grade class participated in The Welcome to the Real World program provided by the University of Illinois Extension. This hands-on, real-life simulation gave our students the opportunity to see the financial impact of career and budget choices.




For the week of March 31st, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Natalie Looker. Natalie’s favorite teachers are Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Holt, Mrs. Wardell, and Mr. Burns. Her favorite classes are Ceramics and English III. While at school, she has participated in NHS, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Cheerleading, and Yearbook. Outside of school, she enjoys working as a waitress, going on walks, and hanging out with friends and family. After high school, Natalie plans to attend Illinois College to major in Nursing and to be on the cheerleading squad. When asked to tell us something else, Natalie says she wants to stay local after graduating college and her favorite TV show is Gossip Girl! We are proud to have Natalie represent our school and community! #triopia

For the week of March 31st, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Vivie Littleton. Vivie’s favorite teachers are Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Price, and Mrs. Burrus. Her favorite class is Business Communications. While at school, she has participated in NHS, Triopia Designs (CEO) and FFA. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling the states for racing and hanging out with friends and family. After high school, Vivie plans to attend Illinois College to major in Business Administration. When asked to tell us something else, Vivie says she is the only one in her family with green eyes! We are proud to have Vivie represent our school and community! #triopia

Anistyn’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Smith and her favorite classes have been English IV, Ceramics, and Ag Mechanics. Outside of school, she likes to hang out with friends, work, and spend time with her family. After high school, she plans to attend LLCC and get a degree to be a veterinarian technician. When asked to tell us something else, Anistyn says she has two dogs and a snake! We are proud to have Anistyn represent our school and community! #triopia

For the week of March 24th, 2025, Triopia Jr. Sr. High School is pleased to spotlight senior Braden Hutson. Braden’s favorite teachers are Mrs. Smith and Mr. Burns and his favorite classes are PE and any class with Mrs. Smith. While in school, Braden has participated in NHS, SHH, FFA, Yearbook, Football, and Track and Field. Outside of school, Braden likes to play piano, hang out with friends, go to the gym, help on the family farm, and listen to music. After high school, Braden plans to attend Iowa State University majoring in Engineering. He plans to work for Ames Construction. When asked to share something else, Braden says he is very adventurous and wants to see the world! We are proud to have Braden represent our school and community! #triopia
