For the week of September 30, Triopia is pleased to spotlight paraprofessional Mrs. Angie Phelps. Mrs. Phelps graduated from Triopia then took classes at MacMurray. She returned to Triopia in 1997, where she has worked in every grade level from PK-12th grade. Mrs. Phelps' favorite task here at Triopia is really any task, she loves seeing students feel good about themselves for accomplishing goals they thought they were unable to achieve! Outside of school, she enjoys walking her black lab, Dora and her chocolate granddog, Bella and biking. She also enjoys traveling to warm beaches. Her favorite thing about Triopia is the feeling that we are a family and the relationships formed with students. Something you might not know about Mrs. Phelps, is that she is a certified open water scuba diver. We are blessed to have Mrs. Phelps on our team at Triopia! #triopia

Mrs. Lovekamp took classes at LLCC and WIU before starting a job at Triopia. She started her career at Triopia in 1990 working with the Pre-Kindergarten program, that, at that time, was housed at the Arenzville American Legion. Mrs. Lovekamp enjoys working with guided reading groups at the grade school. Outside of school, she loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her three granddaughters. Her favorite thing about Triopia is how we truly are a family. A random fact about Mrs. Lovekamp is that she loves to travel by train, she finds it very relaxing!
