The University of Illinois Extension is hosting a two day "day camp" for students entering grades 5-8 next year. The camp is called "My Hometown Is Cool "and helps kids recognize the good things about their communities and how to be creative about helping change the things they maybe don't like as much! This interactive camp and will help kids connect to each other and to their creative abilities.
The camp is July 29-30 from 10am-3pm. Lunch will be provided each day, along with drinks and snacks. It will be hosted at the Extension Office in Virginia (651 S. Job St.) and is free of charge for participants. However, registration is required.

Your daughter must be attending one of these three schools and entering grades 6-8.
Uniform/Equipment Needed: Black pants, black belt, glove, helmet, bat, face mask (optional), cleats.
The first day of practice will be July 28th. Practices will be held in Meredosia.
Transportation will be provided from Virginia and Triopia.
Players must have a sports physical, signed handbook, and fees paid prior to the first day of practice.
