REGISTRATION FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN ONLINE!

Please see the Admission page or click here for student fees, additional forms and residency requirements.


Returning students for the 2021-2022 school year:

  • Parents should log in to TeacherEase and complete the online registration.  If you have forgotten your password or need to set up an account, please email Mrs. Hobrock at jhobrock@triopiacusd27.org.

    • For a video that walks you through step-by-step how to register on TeacherEase, please click here.

  • Please pay any new and existing fees online, if possible.  If you prefer to send a check, please mail to: Triopia CUSD #27 Attn: Registration 2204 Concord Arenzville Road Concord, IL  62631

    • You can also drop a check by the school after August 2 from 8:00-3:00 PM.

  • Please complete any additional forms that may be required for your student(s).  Please return the forms back to the school by using one of the options below:

New students for the 2021-2022 school year:

Families wanting to enroll their child(ren) for the first time at Triopia should follow these steps to start the registration process:

  • Complete the pre-registration by clicking this link:  New Student Registration

    • Triopia requires new families to show proof of residency.  Please email these documents to: registration@triopiacusd27.org or mail to: Triopia CUSD #27 - 2204 Concord Arenzville Road - Concord, IL 62631.  (A copy or taking a picture of the documents will be accepted when sending).  

  • Once the school has verified residency, you will be approved to complete your child's registration in TeacherEase.

  • The following will be required to finalize registration:

    • Transfer of Records

    • Birth Certificate

    • Copy of Physical and Current Immunizations

  • NEW Pre-K (3 and 4 year old) students should have received a Pre-K packet, if you have not, please email Mrs. Hobrock at jhobrock@triopiacusd27.org.  The packet includes all necessary documents to enroll at Triopia.
